Electronic Email Forum

This member benefit serves as a “round robin” forum where members can easily Discuss problems, concerns, business operations, client relations and other issues Related to the channel via email. Post a question and usually within minutes you’ll see answers posted from other members. This is also a great way to get to know other NASC members.

This can also be a valuable resource in Finding a home for your off-lease equipment

Coming from the retail world, we realize how important advertising is to small business and solution providers in particular. To keep things running, solution providers and channel partners are constantly trying to budget  advertising along with other expenses necessary to run a small business yet sometimes advertising seems to get what little money is left over at the end of the month or worse yet, none at all. That’s where we step in. Advertising your products and or  services in the NASC newsletter is available At a discounted rate for association members as well as associates. Members can Place an eighth, quarter, half or full page ad within the newsletter, with costs based On frequency.

 We are in the process of finalizing our direct mail campaign that has been Created using one of our new corporate partners (to be decided) within the coming Months. Substantial savings are available to NASC members. The Direct mail Company has a broad reach in the Metro area and has provided us with some Very creative approaches to allow our members to advertise using non-traditional  Ways to base payment.

The NASC has developed client brochures to provide a low cost promotional marketing tool for members to distribute to their clients in addition to their own Marketing material. The brochure informs the client that you are a professional Who subscribes to a Code of Ethics and that you belong to an industry that is truly Professional, along with being an independent professional with technical expertise to meet challenges of today’s business needs. Retail perspective- 

The “Find a Solution provider” section, is targeted to promote the CSP designation of our solution provider and channel partners. This are of the site  will educate potential customers on exactly what it means to be a certified Solution Pro and why the CSP designation is so important to consider when looking for an IT professional.

 After registering, clients have the ability to search our member database to examine a limited member profile, post questions and concerns to our customer service department or directly to the solution provider or channel provider that they are interested in. For Clients needing immediate attention, our goal is to be able to have a technician on-site within 4 hours. In less critical situations that are not under a limiting time restraint, such as a request for Quote, clients are able to log-in, fill out a simple Form indicating their type of service request and  we in turn will forward to all members that can full fill  the needs of the customer.

The NASC newsletter “Connections” is the NASC’s monthly newsletter and one of the  Associations primary sources of communication with it’s members. The newsletter announces all major association events, and features information from both the NASC and it’s members. “Connections” is emailed to all members in good standing.

The newsletter includes ideas, information and experiences of other solution providers And Channel Partners. Articles deal with every facet of our business , including Pricing your services, sales and marketing strategies for getting new clients, ideas For developing new profitable services and much more. We’re hoping Connections  Will help you answer questions you have….. And those you haven’t thought of yet!

 N.A.S.C. Authorizations

The NASC creates partnerships between solution providers who are authorized for particular products or services and solution providers that aren’t authorized but need that product for their customer. While the authorized solution provider still needs to sell the product to the customer to comply with authorization requirements, you can trust an NASC member not to steal business from you. As you know, all NASC members are bound by a strong Code of Ethics that prohibits such activity.

 

Use of NASC Logo and CSP Certification Logo’s

The NASC’s intellectual property is a valuable asset for the association and our Members. The logo, trademarks and service marks are powerful marketing tools That distinguish our organization and it’s programs. Use of the NASC intellectual Property is governed by strict legal guidelines designed to safeguard NASC’s rights. 

The NASC and CSP trademarks and logos may only be used by members in good Standing and only on items and materials authorized by the NASC. Members may Use the NASC and CSP logs on stationary, letterhead, business cards, advertising, Clothing and general business correspondence. Unauthorized use of the NASC Trademark, service marks or logo’s may result in legal action. The NASC and CSP Trademark, service marks and Logo’s may not be modified in any way. Members Will be asked to sign documentation that shows their adherence to the above Guidelines.
