Advertising
Coming from the retail world, we realize how important advertising is to small business and solution providers in particular. To keep things running, solution providers and channel partners are constantly trying to budget advertising along with other expenses necessary to run a small business yet sometimes advertising seems to get what little money is left over at the end of the month or worse yet, none at all. That’s where we step in. Due to the large number of members and corporate sponsors we are able to not only save you money on your advertising needs but also help market you in ways that would not have been possible before. Saving you money will also help you advertise more consistently and thereby help you grow your business. Some of our advertising dollars will be spent to maintain the retail website whose sole function is to generate income for our members. Some of the avenues open to our members are: (The following examples are explained in detail elsewhere on the Website.)
 NASC Newsletter
Advertising your products and or services in the NASC newsletter is available at a discounted rate for association members as well as affiliate and corportate members. Members can place an eighth, quarter, half or full page ad within the newsletter, with costs based on frequency.
Direct Mail
We are in the process of finalizing our direct mail campaign that has been created using one of our new affiliate partners (to be decided) within the coming months. Substantial savings are available to NASC members. Our first direct mail campaign will be for the Detroit Metro area of Michigan. The direct mail company has a broad reach in the Detroit Metro area and has provided us with some Very creative approaches to allow our members to advertise using non-traditional ways. Direct mail campaigns will be
created in other large metropolitan cities as time allows.
Advertising Templates
The NASC is in the process of developing client brochures to provide a low cost promotional marketing tool for members to distribute to their clients in addition to their own Marketing material. The brochure informs the client that you are a professional who subscribes to a Code of Ethics and that you belong to an industry that is truly professional, along with being an independent professional with technical expertise to meet challenges of today’s business needs. Brochures can be purchased through the NASC website. The NASC has also created a website devoted solely for the purpose of showing the public the benefits of using a Certified Solution Pro from the NASC.
NASC WebsiteRetail perspective
Targeted to promote the CSP designation of our solution providers and channel partners. The NASC has two sites that will educate potential customers of our NASC members and future members on exactly what it means to be a Certified Solution Pro and why the CSP designation is so important to consider when looking for an IT professional. One site is completely devoted to explaining the attributes of the CSP designation while the other NASC site was developed to generate customers it’s members.

On the retail website, after registering, the public has a number of things they can do such as our “ask the experts” forum where NASC members answer thier questions and concerns, resource area to learn how to hire an IT professional along with helpful documents and videos and “request a service quote” from our members.
